"Three-Proof" Transformers are dry-type transformers employing our company's ship-transformer protection technology. These transformers rely on their "three-proof" advantages, making them particularly suitable for humid, dusty, and corrosive environments, such as coastal areas, rainy inland regions, dusty environments, and acidic or alkaline corrosive settings (e.g., chemical plants).
Moisture Resistance: Coils utilize the VPI (Vacuum Pressure Impregnation) varnish process. After assembly, the transformer undergoes overall impregnation. A protective electronic "three-proof" coating is applied to insulate sensitive areas, enhancing moisture resistance.
Dust Resistance: The transformer employs multiple layers of NOMEX paper insulation, making it insensitive to dust.
Salt Spray Resistance: Copper conductive components and steel fasteners have surfaces plated with nickel or hot-dip galvanized coatings, providing excellent corrosion resistance.
