Product Description
The general-purpose dry-type transformer for mining complies with national standards and industry standards, including GB12173-2008, GB1094.11-2007, GB/T10228-2015, JB/T3955-2016, GB4208-2017, and more. It is suitable for power distribution equipment in underground mines where there is a risk of methane and coal dust explosions. It is primarily used in iron mines, copper mines, gold mines, aluminum mines, stone mines, rock mines, metal and non-metal mines, as well as in highway, railway, and tunnel applications.
Transformer Accessories
Enclosure: For indoor applications, considering heat dissipation and maintenance concerns, it's generally advisable not to add an enclosure if there is sufficient installation space. However, if the user needs, an enclosure can be provided, featuring multiple observation holes. The enclosure can also be painted in the user's preferred color.
Temperature Controller: All transformers are equipped with an overheating protection device. These protection devices detect and control the temperature of the transformer using a PT thermistor built into the low-voltage coil and output a digital signal via the RS232 / 485 communication interface.
Air Cooling Device:
1. The cooling method for the dry-type transformer can be divided into natural air cooling (AN) and forced air cooling (AF).
2. In natural air cooling (AN), under normal operating conditions, it can continuously deliver 100% of the rated capacity.
3. Under normal operating conditions, forced air cooling (AF) can achieve a 50% increase in capacity, suitable for various emergency overload or intermittent overload operations. Due to the greater increase in load loss and impedance resistance, continuous overload operation with forced air cooling (AF) is generally not recommended.
1. The KKSG enclosure is fabricated using high-quality structural steel and cold-rolled steel plates, ensuring high mechanical strength. The enclosure undergoes a shot-blasting process to remove surface rust layers and is coated with anti-corrosion paint, providing excellent corrosion resistance.
2. The transformer meets the environmental requirements for underground mining. It employs natural ventilation and automatic fan control devices for forced air cooling, effectively controlling the operating temperature of the transformer to ensure equipment safety.
